Other partner organizations include: First Stage, SHARP Literacy, Sunset Playhouse, Spotlight Youth Theatre, Camp Creative at Viterbo University and the La Crosse Area YMCA. Hope graduated from UW-La Crosse in 2013 with a BS in education and theater performance and has since worked with and on behalf of thousands of young and adult learners though numerous organizations, including having previously served as Milwaukee Rep’s Associate Education Director and as the Youth Development Director for COA Youth and Family Centers in Milwaukee, WI. Hope Parow is a passionate Teaching Artist and non-profit administrator with over 10 years progressive experience, specializing in theater and STEAM-based arts programming, social-emotional learning, and staff development and training. He is an 18-year member of the Actors’ Equity Association and Screen Actors Guild. Training: Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama (BFA acting), Saratoga International Theater Institute (SITI) under the guidance of Anne Bogart and the SITI Company.

He was last seen on the stage in Great Expectations at Milwaukee Chamber Theatre as understudy for Narrator #5, and as the production's assistant director. He currently serves as Milwaukee Repertory Theater’s School Programs Coordinator, and is grateful to be bringing theater residency programs to students throughout Milwaukee County. Jeffrey is a proud member of the Network of Ensemble Theaters, a board member of Quasimondo Physical Theatre and Associate Lecturer at UW-Milwaukee. He has trained with Dell’Arte International, Pig Iron Theatre Company, Double Edge Theatre, ImprovBoston, Augusto Boal, Giovanni Fusetti, Liz Lerman, Dominique Serrand and the inmates from Shakespeare Behind Bars. Favorite directing credits include Theatre for Two: The Wedding Party, Imagination (Actors Theatre of Louisville), T: An MBTA Musical (American Repertory Theater’s OBERON), Twelfth Night, or What You Will (Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts/Northwestern University) 44 Plays for 44 Presidents (Bad Habit Productions), How May I Connect You? (Or, Scenes in a Key of D:/) (Project: Project Theatre Ensemble) and bobraushenbergamerica (National High School Institute). Jeffrey is a theater-maker of new plays, devised content and fourth-wall breaking events. She is published in the Journal of Dramatic Theory and Criticism and Theatre Symposium. She has also taught for UW-Milwaukee, UW-Parkside, Virginia Commonwealth University, First Stage and School of the Performing Arts in the Richmond Community.

Jenny is actively engaged in co-leading nationwide conversations to further field-wide best practices and engagement. Rep Education programs serve over 20,000 students each year with student matinee programming, in-school arts-integrated residencies, student-driven teen programming and adult training. This includes supporting resident-led neighborhood initiatives, community conversations and cultivating community partnerships. As the leader of the education and engagement programs for Milwaukee Rep, she designs programming for all ages. After 15 years in this role, she also assumed the leadership of the community engagement department. Jenny began her tenure in the 2005/06 Season as the Education Assistant, moving into the Director of Education role a few short months later.
